We ask that we receive payment into our bank account within 5 days. To check that we have processed your payment, please log onto your Enrolmy account. We will only contact you regarding your childcare voucher or tax-free childcare payment if we have not received it after 5 days.
1. Locate an invoice that has been emailed to you from Enrolmy
2. Click below for your childcare voucher ID (eg Edenred)
3. Log onto your childcare voucher provider to make payment. It is vital that you use your child's full name as a reference.
Please do not leave the reference blank or provide your name/venue name as we will not be able to confirm your booking.

3. Log onto your Government Tax Free Childcare account to make payment.
It is vital you email your reference to info@thestringsclub.org as this is the only way we can locate your payment efficiently and therefore confirm your booking.
Your child's unique reference will include the first letter of their first name and the first 3 letters of their surname e.g AJON5645458TFC.
We will store your unique reference on our system for future use so you will not need to send again - unless we request it.
